Getting Started with EverySheep

EverySheep helps pastoral care teams keep track of connections with every member of their congregation. Whether you're a pastor, elder, deacon, or care team volunteer, EverySheep gives you the tools to ensure no one falls through the cracks.

What is EverySheep?

EverySheep is a pastoral care management tool designed for churches and faith communities. It helps you:

  • Track your congregation — Maintain a directory of everyone in your community
  • Organize into groups — Create and manage groups for small groups, ministries, families, and more
  • Record pastoral interactions — Log notes about visits, calls, and other touchpoints
  • Sync with your ChMS — Import and keep data in sync with systems like Fluro or Subsplash
  • Collaborate as a team — Invite your pastoral care team and work together

Creating Your Account

  1. Visit the EverySheep sign-up page and create an account with your email address
  2. Verify your email through the confirmation link
  3. You'll be guided through a short onboarding process

Setting Up Your Organization

After signing in for the first time, you'll create or join an organization:

  • Create a new organization if you're setting up EverySheep for your church
  • Accept an invitation if someone from your church has already invited you

Once your organization is ready, you can start adding people, creating groups, and recording pastoral interactions.
